Former Bollywood and Tollywood star Preity Zinta is making her acting comeback after an eight-year break with the period drama Batwar 1947. Starring alongside Sunny Deol, the film is set against the backdrop of India’s Partition and is produced by Aamir Khan Productions. Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi with music by A.R. Rahman, the film is scheduled for release on August 14.
