Petitioners in the Supreme Court case on the KBR National Park Eco Sensitive Zone have clarified that they did not lodge any complaint with the Central Empowered Committee over tree felling. They said the CEC was only copied on an information request sent to civic and forest authorities, and the committee's visit was not triggered by a formal complaint from them.
