At least 34 migrants have died after attempting to enter Spain's North African enclave of Ceuta from Morocco, as around 60,000 people crossed the border by land and sea within 24 hours. Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez visited the enclave, while European leaders called for stronger border control and urgent action against human trafficking networks.
